DUE DILIGENCE

Before the acquisition or merger, the technology infrastructure (equipment, production processes, compliance of all technical departments including laboratories, GMP compliance, etc.) and regulatory files of the company to be acquired on behalf of the acquiring company are audited. A due diligence report is prepared together with GAP analysis.
